On September 12th, there will be a very special trail dedication to Jane Shull Beasley at Spring Meadow Lake State Park. The trail is a reincarnation of an older path that was burned by fire in 2007. However, it regrew into a lush corridor, now home to an abundance of riparian species.
The trail ceremony will be held at 4 p.m., followed by a BYO picnic dinner at 5 p.m. Please join us in celebrating our dear friend, who served her community as an artist, educator and nature enthusiast.
